We created this site with a ton of both free and paid resources so that lots of people can benefit from using the wonderful and effective wordpress themes we developed.

We’ve worked on this project for more than 5 months before launching this site. I’m excited to finally share our resources with the world and look forward to hearing your feedback.

    Hey SD, you need to upload the image itself or use this URL instead of inserting a javascript code if you want to use the footer image uploader:

    Hi Shingo,

    Is there a way to have subpages or child page menus to main pages on the page bar?

    Your theme is a very clean coded that you should do quite well with especially when you have other themes to choose from that are coded in the same manner.

    As soon as I get everything setup I will be shouting out about your theme to all of my Twitter Followers and Facebook friends.

    I will want to become an affiliate when get to that point.

      When you editing your page, select a parent page from the “Parent” pulldown menu under the “Attrobutes” section on your right (wp 2.7+).

    having trouble with your design…
    how to turn the posts on the frontpage to summarys? my new post is a longer one and currently killing my frontpage..

      When you are working on your post, look for an icon that inserts “a more “link. It’s up to you to control how much post you want to show

    Thanks Shingo! I have another question as well. My image upload feature does not work. It gives me a frame, but says, “Are you sure you want to do this?” Then a hyperlink that says, “Please try again.” When I click the link, it inserts my entire website into the frame. Any suggestions? sdw@sdward.com

    Hi Shingo, I have an issue with the photo insert operation. I get an error when I attempt to use it, saying. … “are you sure you want to do this” and under it a link that says and a link that only loads a frame of my entire site in the window. Any ideas on this?

    Hi, Shingo,

    Love your Intrepidity theme, but I seem to be having trouble with the Home page. Nothing’s showing up there, despite the fact that I’ve tried to enable the Featured Content Gallery. I’ve gone through the FCG directions endlessly, and I believe I’ve done all that correctly. Any tips on what I might be doing wrong in regards to the Home page? Is the home page supposed to be called something? Mine is a static site, so I don’t have any posts, just pages.

    My site is at http://vegassolo.com if you’d like to take a look. Any guidance you can give would be much appreciated.

      Hi Gray, nice content btw. Yeah your homepage has to be posts, not a page for the FCG to show up. I’ve written it down as a future candidate to be included in the next version though.

    I love the new intrepid theme and installed it on my site. i’m running into an issue where I have a logo set up and it works perfect on my main page. the issue is when i click over to a page link the logo is re-sized and moved up on the page. How can I make the logo show the same on both the main blog page and the pages?

    Hi Shingo
    We are using the blue skin with the intrepidity theme and it looks great but the background image in the case of the post date tab doesn’t show at all, it works in silver,red and green but is non-existent in the other.

    In the absence of a support forum for this theme can you point me to where the image is and what may need tweaking in the CSS to sort it.

    Love the theme overall but adding a logo to the header creates some unwelcome effects so gone back to the blog title only.

    Hi Shingo, I jus downloaded and am using eDegree, it’s fantastic! I’m having two small issues though – with the Featured Content Gallery and Theme Editor.

    On FCG I can’t get the pictures or text to show up. I’ve followed the video tutorials from FCG and gone over the settings a few times but nothing. When I view the source the links to my images show up and are valid but I can’t get the gallery to show.

    Also, when I try to edit the theme in WP I get the error message “The requested theme does not exist”. Any ideas?

    I’m having the same issue too. I took off the degree sign (°) from style.css and functions.php using an FTP editor, re-activated the theme, and I can now edit it. Seems that I now have a border where the Featured Content Gallery *should* be, but it’s still not working.

    I seem to be having the same problem as the rest with the Featured Content plugin. I too have checked and double checked everything… I couldn’t find the homepage to insert the ?php code, I’m thinking that’s the problem… otherwise I like the appearance of the theme and am excited to get it up and running

    Also can I delete reference to the date? This is secondary to the Featured issue

      Hi Shingo,
      I love the eDegree template, but I too am having problems editing the theme. It seems that the special character in the theme name is playing havoc with it. Even if I just go to the WP Theme Editor, change nothing, and them click Update, i get the message” “The requested theme does not exist.”

      I am a pure novice and did not want to play with the editor unless I heard it from the developer what to do.

      Please advise.

    Hi Shingo,

    I really like the Intrepidity theme and have found it to be easy to use so far. I do have a question that I can’t seem to figure out on my own.

    How can I change the color and font site for my blog name? I’m using that instead of uploading a custom logo.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Congrats from Brazil for new intrepid theme… It´s really so easy to work with it that I´ll tell everybody about it. I´m a journalist here and not a designer, so my biggest problem was finding some theme that I could deal with easily. Thank you so so much!

    hello friends, we conact because in wordpress found his subject, certainly one of the best and very special.     Hi Shingo. Thanks for the theme. I’m not a veteran of this but your Intrepedity theme seems to shine!

    A quick question for you. Where does the data for the online registrations go? I don’t seem to be able to find it. I’m wanting to give away a PDF in response to a registration using the “Instant Access” button. I would like to have an e-mail sent to the person asking for their confirmation of “opt-in” and then have the pdf sent to them via e-mail. I look forward to hearing from you. Thanks! Mark T

    Hello Shingo,

    I do love the Intrepidity’s nice clean lines. I have a question. For my web host to manage my campaign, I had to import their html code for the simple opt-in form they use. I really liked the opt-in form that came with the design. Is there a way I can incorporate the new code into that design? I’m just a copy and paste kind of gal.

    I installed and love the Intrepidty theme. I like the opt in form at the top but can’t figure out where or how to direct those who sign up to an email. I can’t even see where the info goes once they sign up. I would just like their request to go to a specific email address if possible

    I’m using your Intrepidity theme but I’m have problems with the twitter icon in the top right corner – its always half covered by the background. Any ideas? I usually see this with Chrome.

    Can I make my homepage static? In other words, I don’t want my posts to include the large date logo. I also don’t want every post to go on the homepage. Is there some code I need to change in the template?

      Ame – Yes, WordPress has a built-in feature to turn your homepage from posts into a page. It’s under Dashboard > Setting > Reading > Assign one of your pages to be your homepage.

      But doing so will loose the slideshow because a page template is not designed to have slides.

      I could look into building a support in my future releases though…

    Just a quick note of appreciation. I’ve worked my way through all sorts of themes trying to find one that looks great, does all I need, and just works. Intrepid is great!

    I have two more sites planned and I’ll be using your designs again. Still moving in fully to Intrepid (e-course to add later today) and you can see my content at http://www.ianpaulsharp.info.

    I am IN LOVE with your two Wordpress themes. There is nothing on the market like them and I wish you had more to choose from. In fact, I would gladly sign up and join a membership if I knew I could be assured of the same quality. You are right on! I love the customization I can do to the template. EXCELLENT.

    Hi, love the theme! Quick questions: how do I change the “just another wordpress weblog” in the header? I do want it to state the name of the site, just not the below statement. Also, how do I remove the calendar dates showing next to each post. I do not want it to have the dates. Thanks in advance!

    Hi Shingo,

    Can you please tell me how to remove the sidebar on some of the pages in the Intrepidity theme. Is That Possible? and also I want to use your Opt – in Form with GetResponse – do you know how to integrate the two? Any assistance you could give me would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank your for your Intrepidity template. Just ask How to install a Google Analytics code into the template. I can not find custom code area i can insert my google tracking code. Shall I change anything code in the webpage code?

    Hello,
    I am using the interpidity theme to rebuild the existing website for my company. I liked the theme very much and suited very well for the business purpose. Would like to know the corner left in the menu bar (For Home) on hover it shows highlighted as the square and not the curve as its seen here. May I know what needs to be done ? Also one question as this theme is free to use, I hope this can be used for commercial purposes for rebuilding the website I have mentioned.

    THANK YOU VERY MUCH everyone for both a positive feedback and comments for improvement.

    @Sharayu, I’m working on the newer version for intrepidity and that corner image issue would be resolved. We do have a commercial license so let me know if you’re interested.

    @sbaker56 and CC, if it’s Google analytics code, find the “” code tag in header.php file under your theme folder.

    Just paste in the entire code before and you should be good to go. You should be able to do this via Appearance > Editor

    I actually have a big question for everyone I really would love to hear your feedback on… I’m hoping to ask you guys soon

    Hey Shingo!

    Installed intrepidity for my blog/site last night and have been tweaking it today. Awesome theme, dude!

    When testing the different color schemes, though, I noticed that the ‘Menu’ & ‘Meta’ bars on the right side remain gray, no matter what. But, the little sample images in admin indicate that those bars should change to the selected color, as well.

    Any idea when this might get corrected?
